8. No Litigation Services

LegalByte explicitly does not provide litigation services in the United States or abroad. Our services are limited to forensic analysis, expert witness testimony, legal consulting, and document review. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• LegalByte will not represent you in any court proceedings or legal actions.
• We do not file lawsuits, appear in court, or provide direct representation in any litigation matters.
• Our role is strictly limited to providing expert analysis, consultation, and testimony when required.
• If you require litigation services, you must engage a separate law firm or attorney for such purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: LegalByte provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, LegalByte shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses
• Any errors or omissions in any content or information provided
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through our services

9.3 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LegalByte, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
